2. AI Software Development Services

We provide custom AI solutions, consulting, integration, and support services tailored to client requirements.

2.1 Engagement

Service engagements begin upon mutual acceptance of a proposal or agreement. Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary access to systems.

2.2 Scheduling and Fees

Project timelines and fees are set forth in the proposal. Fees due dates and payment milestones will be specified in writing.

2.3 Refunds and Rescheduling

We offer service credits or funds refunded under the following conditions:

If a project is canceled by the client at least 7 days before the start date, we will issue a full refund of fees paid.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start date, we will issue a 50% refund of fees paid, and the remaining amount converted into credit for future services within one year.
After services have commenced, no funds will be refunded. However, clients may request rescheduling of remaining deliverables within 90 days of original dates.

3. Infoproducts

Our infoproducts include digital guides, tutorials, templates, and online courses related to AI development.

3.1 Delivery

Infoproducts are delivered via download links or access portals upon confirmation of payment.

3.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products:

Requests made within 7 days of purchase and before product download or access will be eligible for a full refund.
After download or access, no refunds or credits will be granted.

Submit refund requests through Contact Form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer branded merchandise, hardware kits, or other tangible products.

4.1 Shipping and Handling

Goods are shipped from Singapore. Shipping times vary by destination.

4.2 Refunds for Goods

To be eligible, goods must be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition:

Clients must obtain authorization via Contact Form before sending items back.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price less any shipping charges.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of item receipt.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The date at the bottom reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service, infoproduct, or good at issue. We are not liable for any indirect damages.
